Nine departments were represented, with 35 current members in attendance and 2 honorary members. President, Tim Tedford at 19:30 hours, called the meeting to order.

1.0 Introduction
Host, Deputy Chief Mike Lawrence welcomed all quests.

2.0 Guest Speaker - Pamela Musgrave, Muscular Dystrophy Association

Gave a brief overview of the efforts of Muscular Dystrophy Association and then presented participating fire departments with a thank you card and plaque for fundraising efforts in 2002.

3.0 Adoption of Minutes

The minutes dated January 14, 2003 were adopted.

The November meeting was originally scheduled for the regular 2nd Tuesday of the month, however, since this was Remembrance Day it was moved to the 3rd Tuesday November 18, 2003.
