9.2 Website: Please review the Leeds Grenville Website
(www.leedsgrenvillefire.com) and provide the webmaster with
update information as website is becoming outdated.
Tom is currently the Webmaster for our website, he may be
retiring from the fire service in the next year or so and
would like another member interested in taking over as the
webmaster to contact him.
Our website gets a number of hits, locally, nationally and
internationally, it would be a shame to lose this resource.
9.3 Eastern Ontario Training Committee - Chief Gerry
Bennett had brought up the issue of timing of training course.
Many of the training courses are now being held during the
weekday. It is hard for volunteer's to take time off work
in order to be able to attend the courses. Gerry would like
the committee to push for more evening or weekend courses
to provide better access to the courses by the volunteer firefighters.
