7.0 Coordinators Report- Peter Mulvihill

Advised that there were 2 activations for mutual aid assistance since the last meeting, Elizabethtown-Kitley on April 4, 2004 and Front of Yonge on April 13, 2004. The Counties had applied for JEPP funding for the HazMat Unit. They had submitted an application for $85,000, the application was not granted, due to lack of funds in the JEPP program.

8.1 2004 Firefighters Memorial Parade - We will be sending out letters of interest over the next short while to see how many firefighters are interested in attending the Memorial Parade. Depending on the interest shown we will look into getting a couple of buses to take us up to Ottawa.
